Almost There!

So, one of my goals was to have a photo published in a magazine. While I haven't quite reached the magazine part, one of my photos is featured on Reactionary Century!

I'm in a book club with 3 of my college roommates and we are currently reading Unhooked Generation by Jillian Strauss. A lot of people we know from college are engaged, married, or are anxiously waiting for "the ring" - or as it was called at Bethel, "ring by spring." Nicolle, the author of the article, is one of my college roommates. She was a journalism major and is easily one of the most insightful people I know. This particular article is about marriage and commitment - and how as time progresses, they are regarded as less important than they really are. Marriage is beginning to be seen as easily disposable, which I think, is really sad. I recommend you read Nicolle's article... and hey, check out my picture while you're at it :)
